Taking the time to truly nurture yourself as well as your new baby are equally important. I am here to make sure your whole family is well taken care of. From rest, to feeding, to quality care for the whole family, I step in to make it a seamless transition as your family grows.
Services
As a DONA International trained postpartum Doula, I am here to provide the smoothest transition into parenthood. I am here to provide practical, informational, and emotional support the days, weeks, and months after your child’s birth. Reminding you that all of what you need is within yourself and your household; your power, abilities, and confidence. Respecting and supporting your choices you have already made as a parent. Assisting with newborn care: feeding, sleeping, comforting, bonding, baby wearing, sibling adjustment, household organization, and light meal preparation are tasks that I will accomplish at our visits. I service Monmouth, Ocean, & Mercer counties. Day time visits start at two hours minimums. Overnights are a minimum of 10 hours.

I do not perform medical tasks and will always refer to your/your baby’s medical care providers.

As a Mother of two, Van 7 & Isla 5, and a wife for 13 years, I ride the ride of parenthood with all of you. I thoroughly enjoyed the new baby years and all the weekly nuances that came along with it. I was an avid babywearer, wearing as long as I could, seeking solace in a Facebook babywearing group. I breastfed for 5 years straight, tandem nursing for a while and all the while not giving up after a frustrating start. I was never in a rush to do or accomplish the things that were “supposed to”, always rather choosing to follow my intuition. Everyday is still full of challenges, love, appreciation, messes, and gratitude and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My goal for working together is to make you feel comfortable and confident in your own abilities as a parent.
